I found it to be very similar to GetResponse except it doesn't offer the audio and video email marketing. They have 500 templates to choose from and cost as low as $10/ month but you can pay as you go for around $7.50 for 500 emails it get cheaper the more you prepay.
There are a many other email marketing companies out there but they charge more of less and I would list them for you but that wouldn't be nice so I'll just say if you want the best email marketing solution for you buck pick from the list above unless you have money and time to throw away when you don't have to.
