A Ghostwriter online, is a person who gets paid to write content (copy, articles, web pages etc.) for you. Often times they will submit the content they create directly to article directories for you as part of the package.
There are good and bad parts to using a ghostwriter that you should know about. First of all you should know I have used many different article directories, article spinners and have used at least 30 different ghostwriters myself ans have learned a thing or two about what works and what doesn’t.

After you hire a ghostwriter at these low rates you will VERY disappointed in your articles. I’m not saying there aren’t any good services out there as I’m sure there I just haven’t found any yet so if you know of any let me know.
A good ghostwriter will write your content and sent them to you for review before you pay them. If the service you found wants to paid up front be VERY careful as I have lost a few hundred dollars this way because the articles I got were very bad spun articles from another website.

STAY AWAY from a ghostwriter that uses article spinning to create your articles. You may have heard the term “article spinning” or “spun articles” but weren’t too sure what it meant, well let me explain because your ghostwriter my be using these.
Spinning articles is usually done with software that takes an original article and creates different versions of it by changing up various sentences within the article. Why do people want to do this? This allows them to create many different articles quickly so they can be distributed them to article networks and create links back to their site.
In my opinion article spinning is OK if the content is still useful but a bad ghostwriter may create you spun articles from other peoples content. On top these articles are really not telling the reader anything different or new. This is just loading the internet crap, duplicate content and when readers are on your site and find these this will hurt your brand.

Before You Hire A Ghostwriter
Here are some basic steps you should know before you hire a ghostwriter,
First ask if your articles will be created with high search volume and low competition keywords. Proper keyword selection is very important and your ghostwriter should already
know this. If your not sure then submit your own list of keywords for the ghostwriter to create articles with.
Review a sample article or ask to see what work the ghostwriter has done of other people. This could be a simple as looking at it on a particular website. If the ghostwriter is proud of their work they will want to show it off.
Make sure you always review the ghostwriter articles before they submit them to article directories. Sites like ezinearticles.com may reject the articles submitted by a ghostwriter on your behalf hurting your credibility.
A ghostwriter can be a very big help but if you do not choose the right one it can come back and haunt you.
