Get Your Site On Google - Step #2

 
get your site on googleBefore we start I want you to keep in mind that to get your site on Google takes some real skill which I will explain to you in detail here, BUT this is just one way of getting traffic. We will discuss many other ways of getting targeted traffic completely for FREE.
 
  • Sitemap Submission: So now that you have an SEO website and you have published it we need to get it found right away. The best way to do this is to create an XML site map and submit it to Google through your Webmaster Tools in your Google account. This tells the Google spiders to come see your sites content and index each page. This is great because now Google will know your site exist and because you followed the design SEO it will recognize your site as being search engine friendly for your key words.
Great now that you have followed the steps of creating an XML site map and submitting a site map it takes time for the search engines to come crawl your site.
  •   Content Submission:This next part is going to take you some time (Never said it was going to be easy). You need to get some links to your new site from content that is related to your site. This alone is topic book are wrote about but basically your going to create REALLY informative articles that will make readers want to visit your site. Be sure to include a link back to different pages of your website. This will not only bring you visitors but build you links at the same time showing search engines your pages are popular.
You need to create at least 6 completely unique articles on the subject of your main keyword. Once you are done you will be ready to move on to the next step. You can pay a ghostwriter or write the content yourself but the articles should be created with SEO in mind. To help you can use this article template to guide you.

Ok so now you have 6 unique articles created, great! Let get them out on the web and start bringing your site some targeted traffic.

  1. With at least 3 articles submit them to ezinearticles.com. They are the most recognized ezine site by search engines and their articles rank very well. Include one link to your website and add another link to your "Hub Page" that you will be creating in step 3.
  2. Create a Squidoo Lens on your keyword. Make the lens with lots of great pictures explaining your content even add a video if you have one.
  3. Hub sites - with you last two articles use one to create an account at hubpages.com and create a "Hub" with two links one back to your website and another to the Squidoo lens you created. With the last article create a wetpaint page, again with a link back to your site and a link to the hubpages "Hub" you created.

See what we have done here? We have built a link wheel. We have links to all three Hub sites and links back to you main website. Bang! This is going to start bringing you traffic overnight.

  • Link Building: You need to get some power links aka. Backlinks coming into your website. Link building can be done two ways, first you can do it yourself or you can hire someone. I always like the FREE method myself but there are benefits to paying for the too. For more details on what this is and how to do it properly see LINK BUILDING. One of the fastest ways to get back links is to submit to directories, but you need to be very careful or you'll be wasting your money. I use Ace Directory because I did pay the $29 and then I checked them out and their directory links do show up as backlinks where many directory sites don't. 

Building links yourself - This can be very time consuming and tedious and you will certainly need allot of breaks but you will have full control over which sites you get links from. The neat little trick I use to build backlinks is...I use my keywords in Google and see what websites come up at the top. With the exception of wikipedia or any other major website, I take my competitors website and use their web address in a tool called Backlink Watch or Blue Backlinks to see who's linking to them and can use this information to get backlinks from the same sources.

Pay For Backlinks - The cost ranges from $4.99 to $2500 for backlinks services. There are cheap SEO companies that are legit but most offer you backlinks from sites that have no relation to yours and therefore the link power is not very good so you will have wasted your money. If your going to pay the backlinks will be fast but make sure you know where they are coming from before you buy them. I use these guys Click HERE. The key is to let these guys slowly build the back links for you.
 
  • Blogs: Yes these are great for building backlinks but also for people looking and reading information on your topic. You can find blogs related to yours and post useful informative comments that will catch peoples attention making them want to visit your site. These links get picked up by search engines and help you get ranked better and sooner. The trick here is to use your key word for your name when you filling in the comment boxes.
These are by far the fastest ways to get your site on Google. I challenge anyone to show me a faster way! I have had first page rankings within 12 hours using these steps to get my site on Google.
